JOSE KAATS
My name is Jo and I am the only Dutch member. I am 46 years young, married for 25 years with Jos, and whe have two kids, a daughter, age 22 and a son age 20. A dog, a cat, and 5 chickens are also living here. I am being creative with cardmaking for almost 15 years now. I've been stamping for almost 10 years . I did a lot of things, but stuck at stamping! I like to use stamps, but I am not such an " artsy" type. Dont understand me wrong, I DO like artsy, but when I try that.....It looks more messy than artsy! I also write creative books. I just finished my 21st book! Books about cardmaking, and other creative stuff. I also made a stamping book last year. It is my best and most beautiful book, at least, thats what I think. My other passion is knitting, and especialy knitting socks. I think I need a bigger house, I collect yarns now just as fast as I collect stamps!

I began Rubber Stamping in 1992; Scrapbooking in 2000, Mixed Media Art in 2002, and Digital Art in 2009.
In addition to being self-taught in many areas of paper arts, my
certified art programs include:
* Claudine Hellmuth's Collage Discovery Workshop.
* Nancy Curry's Texture Effects for Rubber Stamping.
* Mary Kaye Seckler's Arts-Handmade Books and  Bindings.
* Lisa Pavelka's Polymer Clay Workshop.
* Bernie Berlin's Artist Trading Card Workshop.
* Sharilyn Miller's Bead and Wire Jewelry Design and Creation.
* I graduated from a 5-step (145-lesson) Digital Art program, Stepping Stones Through PSP (Paint Shop Pro) in 2009.

Although my university education and business career were in Industrial Management, I did have the opportunity of studying Western European Art History in College. When I started rubber stamping in 1992 I developed an anti-static embossing product which was marketed commercially through rubber stamping stores here in North America and overseas. It was also marketed through my own online web store at that time.  I love all aspects of paper arts.  In addition to rubber stamping I enjoy altered and collage art, beeswax collage, antiquing, textures, backgrounds, various types of transfers, assemblage, book arts, handmade paper, polymer clay, and jewelry design and creation. I have always loved to craft, sew, cook and garden.

ROSEMARY ROWE
I'm 50 years old and have been arty and crafty all my life. I started when I was very young drawing and painting portraits and animals in watercolours and oils. I like pen and ink work too, but since I started cardmaking and scrapbooking a few years ago, I have developed a love of rubber stamping, mixed media and collage. My favourite embellishments are beads and I make a lot of altered/wearable art, including knotted leather bracelets, domino pendants and now, handbags too! I love to combine fabric and fibres with paper and ink and enjoy working with wax aswell. I am a complete background and technique junkie! I try and create some form of artwork every day and I love to blog!
HEIDI
My name is Heidi and I'm a Dutch Stamper. I am married and have a 10 year old stamping daughter. Due to my health problems I am full time at home. So automatically that also makes me a happy stay-at-home mom, which I really enjoy. When feeling good, I design rubber stamps for my husbands rubberstamp store. The rest of my time has to be devided between my family and friends, stamping for my own pleasure and of course being a DTmember for Home Impressions. I've been stamping since 1998, I do like artsy once in a while, but most of the time I stamp cute. I'm mostly known for my humurous cards and for my 'quick' cards. For me all this together is a hand full.... and a very pleasing life! I really can't help stamping... it is not an addiction, it's not a call, it is in my genes. My maiden name means "stamper". Lucky me!
